Participants are required to be in wetsuits; you can bring one or rent one (it is included in the price on Viator). Participants are required to watch a 10 minute safety video and sign an online liability waiver. No participants are allowed under the age of 14. Participants 18 and over must be capable swimmers and be able to participate in a rescue if needed.
